• Standard shipping times vary depending on product and destination

• Delays may occur due to supplier or freight provider issues

Delivery Conditions

• Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access for delivery

• Missed deliveries may incur additional charges

• Large items may require assistance on-site for unloading

• For large and bulky items, delivery is to your property only and will be left in the driveway or a safe accessible spot. Our delivery partners are unable to bring these items inside.

Risk & Ownership

• Goods become the responsibility of the customer upon delivery

• We recommend inspecting items immediately upon arrival

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos of damage and packaging

• Do not install the product

We will work with you to resolve the issue in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
