Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only when approved and under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original, unopened packaging

  • Item must be in resaleable condition

  • Return request must be made within a reasonable timeframe


Return Costs

  • All return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Restocking Fee

All approved returns and cancelled orders are subject to a:

30% restocking fee

This applies to cover handling, administration, and supplier charges.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Installed products

  • Custom or special-order items (unless faulty under ACL)


Faulty or Damaged Goods (ACL)

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

You are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, including:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund (for major failures)

  • Reason for return
