We accept returns on approved items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items must be in resaleable condition, and return requests should be made within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and cancelled orders
